The Fundamentals of Leadership

This course is designed to equip students with essential leadership skills that will enhance their ability to communicate, organize, and delegate effectively in both personal and professional settings. Each month, students will engage in targeted exercises to refine key soft skills, including communication, conflict resolution, critical thinking, time management, perseverance, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

Beyond theory, students will apply their learning through the Six Phases of Leadership, Service, and Recognition, gaining hands-on experience by planning and executing a series of mini-service projects. Through active group participation, students will develop confidence in their leadership abilities, strengthen their decision-making skills, and cultivate a deeper sense of responsibility and initiative. By the end of the course, students will be empowered to lead with integrity, adaptability, and purpose.
